Allegri Ensemble

Allegri Ensemble Chamber Choir is a tightly-knit group of Hobart’s finest choral singers drawn from many choirs, some of whom are soloists in their own right.

Allegri Ensemble welcomed new musical director, Jonathan Wallis, in 2019. Established in 2010 by Andrew Bainbridge, the choir enjoyed sell-out perfomances of Handel's Messiah in 2010, 2011 and 2014 and continues to go from strength to strength, performing several concerts each year with repertoire spanning from medieval times to the 21st century.
