Ecopella is giving an intimate "family and friends" style concert in Canberra as part of a series of weekend activities drawing its members together from four cities.

The choir will present a selection of its Save-The-World music, both light hearted and solemn. A foldable donation gets you in to hear elegant harmony in an excellent cause.

Trees can't talk but we can sing

Ecopella is singing and hosting a fund raising concert for Australian Seabird Rescue at the wonderful Wombarra Sculpture Gardens in the northern suburbs of Wollongong at 59 Morrison Avenue, Wombarra.

Gates open at 12:30. Bring a picnic, blanket or chair, sit under the trees and wander around the gardens to see the sculptures. Snacks and coffee will be available from Manic Organic.

Music begins at 1:00pm with Ecopella. Other local musicians will also be performing during the afternoon.
