Monday Nightingales

Now established for more than six years, The Monday Nightingales choir performs two concerts a year.

We do not charge for our concerts but there will be a collection for the Australian Children's Music Foundation (ACMF)which provides access to music for underprivileged children.

Our Musical Director is the amazing Tanya Christensen who is an enthusiastic and experienced conductor and terrific teacher. Our accompanist is Benjamin Burton who is a master of all styles of music.

We rehearse in Paddington on Monday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm.

Quadratonic is a four part vocal acappella group based in Sydney who have been singing together for 8 years and perform a variety of styles including Jazz, Gospel, Contemporary and Classical. Regular performances include cafes, private functions, community carols, guests of community bands, choirs and churches. We rehearse weekly in Carlingford and enjoy the camaraderie of a small group and singing challenging material. See and hear us at the Lane Cove Carols in the Plaza and come and say hello.


Sydney University Musical Society

Founded in 1878, SUMS is Australia's oldest university choir and the oldest non-sporting club on campus. We are a non-auditioned choir so everyone is welcome with no previous musical experience required. We focus on a friendly and welcoming social environment and fun-filled weekly rehearsals, putting on three concerts every year, including a Festival of Carols at the end of each year in the Great Hall of the University.




deChorum Chamber Choir Sydney

We are a female auditioned chamber choir who love singing and harmonising in a range of musical styles. We rehearse in Sydney city near Wynyard on Monday nights 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Lady's Mantle

Lady's Mantle is a women's a cappella ensemble with a wide ranging repertoire, from medieval times to the present day, and both secular and sacred music. Music is drawn from contemporary composers, the folk tradition and others including Hildegard von Bingen, Tomas Luis Victoria, Gabriel Faure, and Benjamin Britten. We perform at many of Canberra’s major venues and on special occasions. Director, Maia Harrison is an experienced conductor, composer, arranger, music teacher and performer.
