Heavenly Voices: Great works from the Renaissance and Baroque

The majestic St Mary's Cathedral will provide the ideal acoustic for the heavenly voices of our Chamber Singers in this program which spans the late Renaissance to the late Baroque. Aria award-winning soprano, Sara Macliver, will perform with Tobias Cole, Paul McMahon and Christopher Richardson accompanied by period instruments, offering a rich and elegant sound which can only be created in such a venue.

Room at the Inn - Voices for the Common Good

Room at the Inn – Voices for the Common Good is a soul-stirring choral event featuring the Cafe and two other amazing choirs; the Honeybees and the Brunswick Women's Choir (touring from Melbourne) singing songs of suffering, protest, freedom and salvation - to raise money for the Sydney Alliance in the cause of supporting Refugee settlement in NSW.

The concert will be at the beautiful and soaring acoustic of St Stephen's Uniting Church, Macquarie St, Sydney, on Saturday 22nd October. We are proud to support such a good cause and are thankful for the support the Sydney Alliance.
