Georges River Voices

Georges River Voices choir is a community choir for adults based in the St George area of Sydney. Our primary objective is to share with others the joy and power of singing together. An acapella choir, we sing a diverse range of repertoire, from contemporary, to jazz, classical and world music. We are a non-auditioned choir, welcoming singers of all abilities - our key requirement is enthusiasm and commitment! Georges River Voices Choir members aim to extend our musical knowledge and challenge ourselves to a high musical standard in a safe, inclusive environment.

Monday Nightingales

Now established for more than six years, The Monday Nightingales choir performs two concerts a year.

We do not charge for our concerts but there will be a collection for the Australian Children's Music Foundation (ACMF)which provides access to music for underprivileged children.

Our Musical Director is the amazing Tanya Christensen who is an enthusiastic and experienced conductor and terrific teacher. Our accompanist is Benjamin Burton who is a master of all styles of music.

We rehearse in Paddington on Monday evenings from 7:00-9:00pm.

Killarney Community Choir

Killarney Community Choir sing together for fun and friendship and the joy of creating harmony with others. We meet on Monday nights from 6-8pm at the Uniting Church Hall in Killarney.

Urban Voices

Urban Voices is a joyous community choir based in Epping, NSW.

Rehearsals are on a Monday Nights from 7.30pm - 9.30pm during school terms.

We sing a wide variety of repertoire and have access to practice tracks so you can practice at home, in the car or walking the dog.

We are a Non-Auditioned choir and welcome all ages & genders.

Alex Pringle is our passionate choir director & musical educator.

Making Waves acappella choir

MAKING WAVES is a choir for those who enjoy singing in harmony to make a good sound together.
We meet on a Tuesday evening in Mornington.
We sing a broad range of music, mostly in a’cappella style. The choir is open to all ages, men,women and interested children, and we currently have around 25 singers aged 40’s to 80’s. There are no auditions and musical experience is helpful but not necessary. Every singer joins with a different level of experience, confidence and ability.

Beating Time

Beating Time began 23 years ago under the name of Sydney U3A choir until it became an incorporated body in its own right and, in 2015, changed its name to Beating Time.
